Thanks for visiting Ghost League Supply Co. We want ordering from us to be straightforward. The policies below explain how we handle orders, returns, exchanges, memberships, merchandise credit, and use of our website.

By purchasing from Ghost League Supply Co., joining a Ghost League membership, or using this website, you agree to the applicable policies and terms below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Made-to-Order Products

Many Ghost League Supply Co. products are produced specifically for you after an order is placed. Because these items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other change-of-mind reasons.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

Your name and order number

A description of the problem

Clear photographs showing the item and issue

If we determine that the product is defective or that an error occurred in fulfilling your order, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or other resolution at no additional product cost.

Incorrect Size Ordered

Because our apparel is made to order, we generally cannot provide a free replacement when the size ordered was the size delivered.

Please consult the sizing information on the product page before ordering.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment provider to investigate.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your mail carrier, or the applicable delivery service.

Return Authorization

Please contact Ghost League Supply Co. before returning any merchandise.

Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

ORDER POLICY

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our products enter production shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been placed.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will make every reasonable effort to help before production begins.

Product Availability

Products, designs, sizes, colors, and other merchandise may be changed, discontinued, or temporarily unavailable without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or product availability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, except where correction of an obvious pricing or technical error is permitted by applicable law.

SHIPPING

Many Ghost League products are made to order. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

GIFT CARDS & MERCHANDISE CREDIT

Gift cards, promotional credits, and membership merchandise credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Gift cards and merchandise credits may be subject to different terms depending on how they were issued. Where applicable, the terms provided with a particular gift card, promotion, or membership benefit will also apply.

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or cancel fraudulently obtained or improperly used promotional credits or gift cards, subject to applicable law.
